Deposits and Payments:
A deposit equal to 50% of the total rental fee is required and must be received within 5 days of of the Booking Agreement & Statement of Account being issued. The remaining 50% is required no later than 65 days prior to arrival at the Villa. In the event that the booking becomes binding inside the window of the 65 days, the total rental fee is required to secure the booking. If full payment is not received 65 days prior to arrival, Rambutan Villa reserves the right to cancel the booking, and retain the paid deposit.

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation within 60 days of your arrival date results in Rambutan Villa retaining 100% of your deposit as full-liquidated damages.
